Civil Recovery is a program that can help reduce your shrink through deterrence. At the same time it can actually pay for much of the cost of your other shrink-reduction measures. It costs your budget nothing to implement ECI's Civil Recovery program and nothing to maintain it. Whenever a recovery is made, ECI retains a portion of the recovered in return for our work on your behalf - that's all.
